※ If you do not pay by the due date, you will be required to pay the on-site registration fee.
※ Confirmation of pre-registration: You will be registered after we confirm your payment. We will send the pre-registration confirmation (receipt) to all the registered participants via email on September 30 (Thurs.).
※ Refund Policy: A full refund is provided until September 28 (Tues.). It is non-refundable from September 29 (Wed.).
※ On-site registration: Those who haven’t pre-registered can pay and register at the registration desk during the event period. It is expected to be crowded on the day of the event, so please arrive early.
